Two days of staying OP so far! And the scale showed about a 2lb loss since Wed!
I'm doing a Fall Challenge on the WW boards and my goal is to be below 200lbs by December 1st. That's definately an obtainable goal if I stay OP like I have been!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Fruit Loops, 1/2 cup 1% Milk- 2pts
Snack: Grande NF. No Whip Pumpkin Spice Latte- 5pts (And SO worth it!)
Lunch: 1/2 Leftover enchilada, light sour cream, homemade guacamole, chips- 9pts
Dinner: Pizza Pocket (see my other blog for recipe!), mac& cheese, salad- 12.5pts
Total: 28.5/29
Water: Aiming for 64oz.
Vitamin: Yes
Exercise: Walk with DH and the kiddos after dinner.
