Lunch: Panera- 1/2 turkey sandwich w/ cheese- 9pts, chicken soup-2pts, apple-1pt 12pts
Dinner: ??? Haven't decided yet. On my own again tonight!

Vitamin: No...better go take it.
Exercise: Think I'll go for a walk in a bit.
