I purposely had a ridiculously high point breakfast since I figured I wouldn't be eating much the rest of the day. Glad I did since that seems to be the case!

Breakfast: 1 3/4 McDonald's Sausage McMuffins (took off top muffins)- (15.5pts), 1/3 hashbrown (1pt)- 16.5pts
Lunch: ???
Dinner: ???
Total: 16.5/29 (12.5 Left)
Exercise: 30 min walk with hubby and kids if I feel better.
