Daily Log 09/01/08

Happy September! It's a new month and a new start! I really need to start counting points better. Fall is right around the corner so we can go out for our walks without getting heat exhaustion! :)

Weekly Points Balance: I've been doing bad so I'm going to say 0 until I WI on Wednesday.
Daily Points: 29

Breakfast: SF Carnation instant breakfast made with 1% milk- 3pts

Snack: 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ TBSP brown sugar- 2pts

Lunch: 1 slice cheese pizza (6pts), salad w/ 1 TBSP cheese/ranch (2pts)- 8pts

Snack: Sugar cookies- 5pts

Dinner: Veggie Fried Rice (3pts), Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry (5pts)- 8pts
UPDATE: DH did a great job picking out these recipes! They're actually pretty low in points!

Total: 26/29 (Not including dinner.)
Water: About 48oz so far.
Exercise: Walk with hubby and the girls after dinner.
