Today is WI day and I had a slight (0.4lb) gain. Not too bad considering I had In N Out last night! However, I really need to get my butt in gear and stay OP for a whole week. I haven't done that in a long time.
Breakfast: 1 packet Weight Control oatmeal, splash of milk (counted as 1/8 cup)- 3.5pts
Lunch: Steak sandwich and part of a small order of fries- 15pts
Dinner: Spinach Lasagna, salad- 9pts
Total: 27.5/29
Water: 32oz and about to fill up a 16oz glass again.
Exercise: None really because I have school tonight. We did walk around the mall though! LoL
