I stayed OP yesterday! Hopefully I can keep it up! I had a change in dinner plans last night because the Spinach Lasagna was awful! I'm not a big fan of spinach but I thought the cheese would cover up the taste like in Spinach Artichoke Dip...umm...not so much! I took one bite and couldn't eat it. (DH liked it but he actually likes spinach...) So I ended up having a PB sandwich and milk after class. :)
I need to try and exercise today. I've never been a big exercise person but know I really need to. I can't wait to get my mom's treadmill because I know I'll use it. But until then, I'm going to start using the Wii Fit again. I'm aiming for an hour while the girls nap today. I'm also about to do yardwork which seems like exercise to me!
Breakfast: Fruit Loops with 1% Milk- 3.5pts
Snack: Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte- 2pts
Lunch: Homemade Pizza Pocket, corn, cantaloupe- 6pts
Dinner: Crockpot Chicken Enchiladas, chips, guacamole- 16pts (If I eat the whole thing which I doubt I will.)
Total: 27.5/29
Water: None yet. Aiming for 64oz.
Vitamin: Yes
Fruits/Veggies: 5
Exercise: 60 min on the Wii Fit.
